SnackNutt is a brand of Kapoor Nutraa Foods India, a food manufacturing company registered and operating in India, with its principal place of business at Shiv Bux Park, Nangloi, Delhi — 110041. Our FSSAI Licence Number is 23326006001898.

These Terms of Service govern your use of our website snacknutt.com and any purchases made through it.

2. Eligibility

By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law
• The information you provide is accurate and complete

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

3. Products & Pricing

All our products are food items manufactured in compliance with FSSAI standards. We make every effort to accurately display product descriptions, nutritional information, and images. However, minor variations in appearance may occur.

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice
• In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and allow you to confirm or cancel your order
• Product availability is not guaranteed — we may limit quantities per order

4. Orders & Payment

When you place an order on our website:

• You receive an order confirmation email — this is an acknowledgement, not an acceptance
• Your order is accepted once it is dispatched and a shipping confirmation is sent
• We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery where available
• Payment is processed through secure third-party gateways — we do not store your payment details
• We may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, payment failure, or suspected fraud — a full refund will be issued in such cases

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship Pan-India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Standard delivery: 4–7 business days
• Free shipping on eligible orders based on current store settings
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we do not offer any return or refund policy. All sales are final once an order is placed and dispatched.

If you genuinely receive a package that is severely damaged in transit or the wrong item was delivered, please contact us immediately at hello@snacknutt.com so we can investigate the issue.

7. Promotions & Discount Codes

• Discount codes are single-use per customer unless stated otherwise
• Codes cannot be combined unless explicitly allowed
• We reserve the right to revoke promotional offers at any time
• Bulk or reseller orders may be excluded from standard promotional pricing

8. User Accounts

You may create an account to track orders and manage preferences. You are responsible for:
