If unopened, the nitrogen-flushed pouch keeps it perfectly crisp for 6 months from the date of manufacture. Once opened, we highly recommend sealing the zip-lock tightly and consuming it within 3-4 days to enjoy that straight-out-of-the-roaster crunch!
