Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 2 PM IST are usually shipped the same day. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days - ₹50 (Free for orders over ₹500)
• Express Shipping: 1-2 business days - ₹150

*Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be in the original packaging.
• Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
